Postpartum Training

This masterclass is a hands-on, real-time walkthrough of what a day of postpartum training actually looks like.

In this class, you'll:

  • Follow a complete postpartum training session, guided by Lindsey

  • Learn movement adaptations to fit your current season

No equipment is needed, but a pair of dumbbells is a great bonus if you have them.
