In this free class, you’ll:

  • Get clarity on how to build strength without rushing the process

No equipment is needed, but a pair of dumbbells is a great bonus if you have them.

This class is ideal if you’re 8–12 weeks postpartum or beyond, and wondering:

  • How do I start moving again?

  • What’s safe for my core and pelvic floor?

  • How do I rebuild strength without overdoing it?

We'll also share how the BIRTHFIT Postpartum Training program is designed to meet you exactly where you are. It's a 12 week progressive program that restores your core, reconnects you with your body, and builds strength—all in under 45 minutes a day. Each day includes guided video movement and is created for real moms with real life demands.
